Meet Our Fellows

Manpreet Gill, M.D.

Dr. Manpreet Gill completed his medical school training at the Kharkov State Medical University, Kharkov, Ukraine, followed by his Psychiatry Residency at the One Brooklyn Health-Interfaith Medical Center Program where he was selected to be Chief Resident. Dr. Gill’s interests in addiction psychiatry include the treatment of substance use disorders co-occurring in patients experiencing serious mental illness and is passionate about harm reduction and substance use in the community. In his free time, Dr. Gill enjoys sports-with the sport of Cricket being his passion. He also enjoys exploring places and loves to travel “anywhere in Europe”

Nishat Kulkarni, M.D.

Nancy McGinley, M.D.

Dr. Nancy McGinley completed her medical school training at the University of Illinois followed by her Psychiatry Residency at Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science. Dr. McGinley completed her Child Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship at UC San Diego and is now completing our program as a PGY6. Dr. McGinley is passionate about accessibility to care and enjoys surfing, running, cooking Peruvian food, and spending time with family. 

Kyle Street, M.D.

Dr. Kyle Street completed his medical school training at Nova Southeastern University followed by his Psychiatry Residency at Rowan University. Dr. Street is passionate about harm reduction and reducing stigma surrounding mental health and addiction. In his spare time, Dr. Street enjoys hiking, taking his dog to the park, live music and playing soccer.
