Rotation Blocks

First Year

During the first year, fellows will spend their time rotating through the CAPS inpatient unit, Emergency Room, Crisis Stabilization Unit, Pediatric Consult Liaison Service, Medical Behavioral Unit, Family Health Centers Outpatient Clinic, Alexa's PLAYC, and Outpatient Neurology.

Second Year

During the second year, fellows will rotate through various outpatient clinic sites. In addition, they will have selective experiences including forensics, school, developmental pediatrics, KidSTART, eating disorders, Chadwick, substance use, developmental behavioral pediatrics, SmartCare telepsychiatry, and the Autism Discovery Institute. These are excellent learning opportunities to provide exposure to the many opportunities within child and adolescent psychiatry. The second year schedule also has dedicated time for fellows to pursue special interests through their individualized elective.
