Biopsychiatry & Neurosciences Fellowship Application Process

The deadline for applying to the Fellowship for the upcoming academic year is January 22, 2024. After your completed application has been received and reviewed you may be invited for an interview via Zoom. A firm acceptance of the offer is due February 16, 2024. Fellows begin their appointment on July 1, 2024.

Requirements

Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

Application materials:

• Up-to-date CV
• 2-page "Specific Aims" of your proposed research project
• 3 letters of recommendation, including one from your research mentor. The letter from your research mentor should state their willingness to support your research in their lab, and to pay for your UC San Diego benefits from a non-federal funding source for the 2 years of the fellowship.
