Research Associate and Leadership Coach
Dr. Gregory Aarons is currently seeking a Research Associate and Leadership Training Coach to work on his research studies regarding implementation of evidence-based practice. This researcher will primarily work with the research team in expanding the ‘Leadership and Organizational Change for Implementation’ (LOCI) intervention to include partnership with the Oregon Health Authority (OHA), Alcohol and Drug Policy Commission, Coordinated Care Organizations (CCOs), and substance use disorder (SUD) treatment provider organizations in Oregon to improve the use of evidence-based SUD treatment.

Post-Doctoral Scholar in Community-Engaged Research & Implementation Science
Dr. Danielle Fettes is seeking a postdoctoral scholar to work with on multiple community-engaged and equity-based research and evaluation studies. The scholar will gain expertise in community-academic partnership research, implementation science, and program evaluation, specifically in human service systems (i.e., child welfare services, behavioral health).

Post-Doctoral Scholar in Autistic Adult Services Research
Dr. Mary Baker-Ericzen at San Diego State University is seeking a postdoctoral scholar to work with on services research studies with autistic adults and teens. The scholar will gain expertise in community-based participatory research, multi-site large scale research trials, and outcome measure and clinical program development, specifically in neurodiverse populations.
