"Interpretation and evolution of the team’s mission, including identification of its main task as well as the operative environmental conditions and team resources viable for mission execution." (Marks et al., 2001, p. 363)

    • Developed a survey and used data from over 700 teams to test the content and construct validity of Marks et al.'s higher order model. Found consistent results with process dimensions and framwork, also found evidence of descriminant validity to encourage their use as a measure of team processes.
