CARE Early Psychosis Program: Provides early assessment and treatment for people experiencing a first psychotic episode.

Family Health Centers of San Diego: Provides affordable, high-quality health care and support services to all people, with a special commitment to the uninsured, low-income and medically underserved.

Kickstart: A diverse clinical team specially trained to educate the community, treat youth and assist families in preventing psychosis. Kickstart is a Prevention and Early Intervention program funded through San Diego County Health and Human Services Agency and the Mental Health Services Act.

Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance of San Diego: The San Diego chapter of the national DBSA (Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance). A peer-facilitated support group of people who support one another on the road to wellness.

North American Prodrome Longitudinal Study

A research study that compared two different ways of providing treatment for people experiencing the early stages of schizophrenia and related illnesses. Both types of treatment emphasized a comprehensive initial evaluation at the earliest point after symptoms appear.
